The main advantage of the modular valve is that the use of piping can achieve the purpose of series installation, thus reducing the leakage, vibration, and flow noise of the system, so it can save space for the designer to seek the integrity and efficiency of the system, and it is easy to install and For maintenance, we currently provide multilayer valves with 6mm, 10mm, and 20mm, which can be used with 02, 03, 06 solenoid directional valves.
The superimposed valve conforms to the international standard ISO4401. The connecting surface has the most suitable thickness for each specification. Any hydraulic system can be easily assembled by superimposing the valves with mounting screws. Multilayer valves can be widely used in various industrial hydraulic systems, such as machine tools, cranes, and steel rolling equipment.
Instructions for use Recommended viscosity: Recommended viscosity during normal operation: 15-400CST. If the valve is equipped with an oil return damper, the viscosity range must be 15-200 CST.
Recommended fluid: Any hydraulic fluid listed below can be used.
Petroleum base oil: Use oil equivalent to ISO VG 32 and VG 64.
Synthetic fluid: Use phosphate ester fluid or polyol ester fluid. When phosphate ester fluid is used, please use special fluorine rubber to seal.
Aqueous liquid: Use water---glycol liquid.
Working oil temperature: The temperature of continuous working is 15℃-70℃.
Pollution control: attention should be paid to oil pollution, otherwise it will cause damage to the valve or shorten the service life. Please ensure that the pollution degree is NAS 638-11, and use a pipeline oil filter of 25um or more.
Assemble step-by-step:
Assemble in a clean environment and follow the steps below. Take care to ensure that the valve mounting surface is clean and free of dust and external dirt. Screw all the stud bolts into the screw holes on the mounting surface of the required foundation plate, bottom plate and piping plate. According to the hydraulic circuit stacker valve and electromagnetic directional valve, turn the mounting surface with the O-ring toward the base plate. Before inserting the stacker valve into the bolt, make sure that the stacker valve's hole arrangement is correct and screw the nut to the right. Tighten the nut with the specified torque. After the test run, the nut must be re-tightened within the specified torque range to achieve sufficient pre-tightening force.
